Make a claim in 4 easy steps
Before starting a claim take your vehicle to a licensed repair facility of your choice
Provide the facility with Cuvrd’s toll free number and contract number from your contract.
The repair facility must call Cuvrd for approval before beginning work on the vehicle.
Approved claims are paid directly to your repair facility or you may choose to be reimbursed.

Cancellation policy
You may cancel your coverage at any time. Contracts canceled within 30 days of purchase are 100% refundable. Contracts canceled after 30 days are subject to a cancellation fee and are prorated based on the amount of time and miles driven. See contract for details.
Waiting period
The waiting period is typically 30 days and 1,000 miles from purchase but can vary. This is to help ensure that the vehicle is in operation condition at purchase and give you time to review your contract.The waiting period is listed on the Declaration Page. During the first 30 days the contract is 100% refundable.
